Showcasing Our Trades, Expertise, and CSR Initiative at the International Industrial Film Festival

This year, KUCHLY had the honor of being selected among the challengers of the International Industrial Film Festival, an event that highlights companies committed to innovation, knowledge transfer, and industrial transformation.

Beyond the camera, this participation reflects our desire to highlight our trades, our expertise in stamping and metalworking, as well as our CSR approach, which is central to our corporate strategy.

A Festival to Reveal Industry as It Truly Is

In a context where French industry is transforming, innovating, and regaining attractiveness, this festival represents a tremendous opportunity to break stereotypes and show the general public the reality on the ground. Far from outdated or perceived as austere representations, modern industry is today synonymous with technology, expertise, environmental responsibility, and human value.

Our selection among the challenger companies of the International Industrial Film Festival is a recognition of our teams’ commitment, who have been working for years to reconcile industrial performance, innovation, and social responsibility. The film offers a concrete immersion into our workshops, our production lines, and our design office.

Highlighting Our Trades: Expertise, Precision, and Passion

Kuchly is, above all, about its human capital.
This film allowed us to present what makes our company strong: the diversity and complementarity of our trades.

The Toolmakers: Architects of Precision

At the heart of our metal stamping expertise, our toolmakers design, manufacture, adjust, and maintain the tools that guarantee the quality of our productions. Their expertise ensures the precision of formed parts and is involved in various operations: cutting, punching, stamping, or profiling.

Their technical mastery, meticulousness, and ability to solve complex problems are essential to our industrial performance.
Through the film, we wanted to pay tribute to them and show the strategic importance of this often-overlooked profession.

The Press Setters: Guarantors of Performance

They ensure the precise adjustment of presses, the initiation of production, and the smooth running of operations. Their work requires unique expertise combining technical skill, responsiveness, and a sense of optimization. Whether it involves cutting, stamping, or bending operations, their role is essential to guarantee process stability and the quality of produced parts.

Highlighting their profession reminds us that every production relies on a set of advanced technical skills and constant vigilance.

The Design Office: Innovation at Our Clients' Service

A true driver of innovation at KUCHLY, our design office designs, anticipates, models, and optimizes parts and tools. It is here that solutions are born that meet our clients’ needs, by integrating technical constraints, feasibility, the reduction of environmental impacts, and material optimization.

The film allowed us to illustrate this often invisible but essential work for every project we undertake.

The Production Manager: Coordination and Vision

Between resource management, planning, quality, and flow management, the production manager plays a central role in the smooth operation of the factory. Through this participation in the festival, we wanted to show the reality of their profession, characterized by coordination, rapid decision-making, and human management.

A CSR Approach That Guides Our Actions

Beyond our trades, we also wanted to highlight our CSR approach, integrated at the heart of our corporate strategy.
At KUCHLY, social and environmental responsibility is not just an obligation: it is a conviction, a guiding principle.

Our commitments are structured around four key areas:

  • ➡️ Reduction of our environmental impact
Notably through energy optimization, reduction of material waste, and the performance of our processes.

  • ➡️ Local commitment
By collaborating with local economic stakeholders, supporting regional initiatives, and actively participating in industrial networks.

  • ➡️ Skills development
By investing in training, apprenticeship, and upskilling our employees.

  • ➡️ Well-being and safety at work
Job security, prevention, ergonomics: a daily priority.

Highlighting this approach within the framework of the festival serves as a reminder that modern industry cannot be conceived without responsibility, sustainability, and a long-term vision.

Inspiring Young People and Promoting Industrial Trades

One of the major objectives of our participation was to encourage young people to take an interest in industrial trades. By opening our doors to cameras, we wanted to showcase concrete, useful, technical… but also exciting professions that offer career development opportunities.

The film highlights committed employees, diverse career paths, modern technical environments, and a strong team spirit. We hope that these images will inspire young talents to join a sector that recruits, innovates, and transforms.

An Enriching and Collective Experience

Participating in this festival has been a wonderful human adventure for all teams. This project has united, generated enthusiasm, and strengthened our shared pride in belonging to a company that values its employees and their profession.

Being a challenger at the International Industrial Film Festival represents significant recognition for KUCHLY, but also an encouragement to continue our commitments: developing our skills, innovating, attracting talent, and contributing to the industrial dynamism of the region.
